Accessibility at RePath

What we test against, what we have fixed, what is still open, and how to tell us about a barrier.

eHawk, Inc. wants ehawksolutions.com and the RePath platform to work for everyone who uses them: officers, supervisors, administrators, the people under supervision, and the families who help them. This page says plainly where we are.

The standard we test against

We test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We treat that as the target for the RePath officer and participant applications as well.

What we checked and fixed in September 2026

We ran automated accessibility audits (axe, through Lighthouse) across the ten most visited pages of this site and fixed every issue those audits found that we control:

  • Text contrast. Large statistic figures, footer text, chart labels, and card badges were below the AA contrast ratio. All were adjusted.
  • Heading order. Footer column headings skipped a level. Fixed sitewide.
  • Table headers. Comparison tables now mark row labels as real row headers so screen readers announce them.
  • Images. Every content image now carries a text description, explicit dimensions so the page does not shift while loading, and keyboard access to the enlarged view.

Automated tools catch a share of accessibility problems, not all of them. We have not yet completed a manual screen reader and keyboard-only review of every page, and we are not claiming full conformance until we have.

What is still open

  • Third-party components. The demo scheduling widget is provided by HubSpot and the accessibility of that embedded form is governed by HubSpot.
  • PDF downloads. Some downloadable documents were produced before this review and may not be tagged for screen readers. Ask us for an accessible version of any document and we will provide one.
  • The RePath applications. Product accessibility work is tracked separately from this website. If a feature in the officer or participant app blocks you, tell us and it goes to the product team directly.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site or the RePath product is hard to use with assistive technology, email support@ehawksolutions.com or call 844-751-1014, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central. Say which page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. A person reads every one of these and will get back to you.

For procurement reviewers

If your agency's vendor review requires a completed accessibility conformance report (VPAT or similar), request it at the same address and we will tell you exactly what we have and when it was last updated.
